महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए बने कानून के विरोध में उतरी महिलाएं..

🚩बलात्कार की बढ़ती घटनाओं के कारण महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सख्त कानून बनाये गये लेकिन इसका दुरुपयोग भी भयंकर हो रहा है ।
🚩न्यायालय में बलात्कार के केस अधिकतर साबित ही नही हो पाते है । अधिक्तर न्यायालयों का मानना है कि कुछ लड़कियां बदला लेने या पैसे ऐठने के लिए झूठे केस दर्ज करवाती है ।
🚩झूठे केस दर्ज करवाने के लिए कई गिरोह भी काम कर रहे है, इसी कारण घरेलू महिलाएं परेशान हो गई है आज किसी भी निर्दोष पुरुष पर झूठे केस दर्ज करने पर उसके साथ जुड़ी माँ, बहन, पत्नी, बेटियां को परेशानी होती है उनका पालन करने वाले को ही जेल भेज दिया जाता है तो फिर उनको घर सँभालना मुश्किल हो जाता है इसलिए ऐसी प्रताड़ित महिलाओं ने रविवार को ट्वीटर पर
MisuseOfPOCSOlaw हैशटैग लेकर ट्रेंड चलाया जो घण्टों भर टॉप में रहा ।

🚩आइए आपको बताते है ट्वीटर पर क्या प्रतिक्रिया दे रही थीं महिलाएं…
*🚩1.* प्रीति गुप्ता लिखती है कि आपसी मतभेद या किसी से बदला लेने, महज़ पैसों के लिए POCSO जैसे बेहद कठिन कानून का दुरुपयोग आजकल किया जा रहा है
क्या यह कानून से आपके पिता/भाई/दोस्त/रिश्तेदार सब सुरक्षित हैं ?
उत्तर -बिल्कुल नहीं , कानून में बदलाव लाने की अति आवश्यकता है।

*🚩2.* डॉ. भूमि लिखती है कि हर महीने कितने निर्दोष लोग #MisuseOfPOCSOlaw की वजह से पीड़ित होते है, निर्दोष के साथ अन्याय होना क्या ये सही है?? जिस कानून से निर्दोष को सजा मिले, उस कानून का क्या मतलब??

इसका साक्षात उदाहरण है की पहले के मुकाबले रेप केस बढ गये है
 POCSO Misuse द्वारा आम आदमी षड़यंत्र का शिकार बन रहा है
क्या मोदी जी ये गलत कानून हटायेंगे?

जुर्म हुआ नहीं..
सबूत मिला नहीं.. फ़िर भी एक लड़की के इशारे पर एक निर्दोष संत को जेल!
Asaram Bapu Ji ने जाँच मे सहयोग दिया! समर्थको ने शांति बनाए रखी! पर अभी तक न्याय नही मिला! #MisuseOfPOCSOlaw



*🚩7.*गार्गी पटेल लिखती है कि बंद करो ऐसे कानून, जिससे निर्दोष हैं जेल मे
मोदी जी, POCSO Misuse रोककर देश की रक्षा करें ।



*🚩8.* वनिता लिखती है कि मीडिया द्वारा केवल ओर केवल निर्दोष हिन्दू सन्तों को ही एक एक करके निशाने पर लेना और
  #MisuseOfPOCSOlaw दोनो एक ही सिक्के के पहलू हैं।



🚩इस तरीके से हजारों महिलाएं ट्वीट के जरिये बता रही थीं कि बलात्कार कानून में पोस्को एक्ट है उसमें संसोधन किया जाये जिससे निर्दोष पुरषों फंसे नही और साथ ही साथ ये भी कहा कि जो झूठे केस दर्ज करवाती है उनपर भी कड़ी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए ।
🚩पास्को कानून क्या है?
🚩18 साल से कम उम्र की किसी लड़की ने अगर किसी पुरुष के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करा दी कि मेरे साथ छेड़खानी हुई है तो पुलिस आपसे बिना कोई भी #पूछताछ किये गिरफ्तार कर लेगी । उसके बाद आपको #जमानत भी नही मिल सकती और अब उस लड़की को कुछ नही करना पुरूष को साबित करना है कि वह निर्दोष हो और अगर पुरूष खुद की निर्दोषता साबित नही कर पाये सीधी उम्रकैद हो सकती है ।
🚩NCRB (National Crime Report Beauro) के अनुसार वर्ष 2013 में 65,000 से 70,000 हजार पुरुष हर साल महिला कानूनों से तंग आकर आत्महत्या करते थे। यानी हर नौवें मिनट में एक पुरुष सुसाइड करता था।
🚩आज भारत में हर एक से डेढ़ मिनट के भीतर एक फर्जी केस रजिस्टर्ड हो रहा है। सोचिए कहाँ जा रहे हैं हम ??
🚩प्रतापगढ़ जिला एवं सेशन न्यायाधीश राजेन्द्र सिंह ने बताया कि 90 प्रतिशत बलात्कार के केस साबित ही नही हो पाते है । दलालों द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष काफी संख्या में बालिकाओं तथा महिलाओं द्वारा दुष्कर्म के प्रकरण दर्ज कराए जाते हैंं।
🚩इन कानूनों का निर्माण महिला उत्थान के लिये किया गया था मगर आज पथभ्रष्ट महिलाएं इसका धड़ल्ले से दुरुपयोग कर रही हैं । सरकार को इन पथभ्रष्ट महिलाओं द्वारा किये जा रहे हर फर्जी केस पर कठोर कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए तथा ऐसी महिलाओं को कठोर से कठोर दंड देने चाहिए जो अपनी स्वार्थपूर्त्ति के लिए किसी के जीवन से खेल रही हैं ।
🚩आपको बता दे कि इस ट्वीटर ट्रेड में ट्वीट के जरिये काफी महिलाएं पोस्को कानून के तहत उम्रकैद काट रहे हिन्दू संत आसाराम बापू को सपोर्ट कर रही थीं।
🚩महिलाओं ने कहा कि हिन्दू #संत #आसारामजी #बापू सदा हर वर्ग, हर प्राणी को ईश्वरीय सुख-शांति, आत्मिक निर्विकारी आनंद पहुँचाने का अथक प्रयास करते रहे हैं । #समाज, संस्कृति और विश्वसेवा के दैवी कार्य में #बापू आसारामजी का योगदान अद्वितीय है ।
🚩बापू #आसारामजी के ओजस्वी जीवन एवं उपदेशों से असंख्य लोगों ने व्यसन, मांस आदि बड़ी सहजता से छोड़कर संयम-सदाचार का रास्ता अपनाया है ।
🚩एक 82 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग #संत, जिन्हें करोड़ों लोगों के जीवन में संयम-सदाचार जागृत करने व उन्हें भगवान के रास्ते चलाने तथा करोड़ों दुःखियों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान लाने का श्रेय जाता है उनको झूठे केस में फसाया गया है अब तो न्याय मिलना ही चाहिए ।
🚩आम जनता के अलावा राष्ट्रहित में क्रांतिकारी पहल करनेवाली सुप्रतिष्ठित हस्तियों, संतों-महापुरुषों एवं समाज के लिए आगे आने वाले  के खिलाफ बलात्कार कानूनों का राष्ट्र एवं संस्कृति विरोधी ताकतों द्वारा कूटनीतिपूर्वक अंधाधुंध इस्तेमाल हो रहा है।
इसमे जो खामियां है उसको दूर करना चाहिए ।
