अंग्रेज ईसाई सदा से भारतीय सनातन संस्कृति के विरुद्ध थे इसलिए हिंदुओं के त्योहारों को मूर्खता का दिन कहते थे । पर अब हिन्दू भी बिना सोचे समझे बहुत शान से अप्रैल फूल मना रहे है।
