हाल ही में चारा घोटाला में राष्ट्रीय जनता दल प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव चारा घोटाले के देवघर कोषागार समेत सभी तीन मामलों में आरोप सिद्ध हुआ और जेल भेज दिया गया लेकिन अचानक क्या हुआ कि 70 साल के लालू को 4 महीने में ही छह हप्ते की पैरोल मिल गई और पैरोल पूरी होने से पहले छह हप्ते की जमानत मंजूर हो गई ।

सूत्रों के अनुसार न्यायमूर्ति अमरेश कुमार सिंह की पीठ ने वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की इस दलील को स्वीकार कर लिया कि अभी लालू यादव को उचित इलाज के लिए समय की जरूरत है ।
झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने लालू प्रसाद को इलाज के लिए दायर अंतरिम याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए 11 मई को छह सप्ताह के लिए अंतरिम जमानत स्वीकृत की थी जिसकी अवधि 27 जून को समाप्त हो रही थी अब उनकी अवधि छह हप्ता और बढ़ा दी ।
अभी जनता के मन मे बड़ा सवाल उठ रहा है कि 70 साल के लालू का केस करीब 22 साल से चल रहा था तबतक लालू बाहर मजे से घुमते रहे और चुनाव लड़ते रहे, इतने सालों के बाद जब आरोप सिद्ध हुआ तो 4 महीने में ही जमानत मिल गई लेकिन दूसरी ओर 82 वर्षीय हिन्दू संत आसाराम बापू को 5 साल से केस शुरू हुआ केस शुरू होते ही जेल में भेज दिया उसके बाद उनका स्वास्थ्य खराब हुआ फिर भी इलाज करने के लिए भी जमानत नही मिली और जब उनके पक्ष के प्रमाणपत्रों को ठुकराकर उम्रकैद दे दी उसके बाद पैरोल बनाता है फिर भी नही पैरोल मिला और नही जमानत मिली इससे साफ सिद्ध होता है कि नेता और हिंदुनिष्ठ के लिए अलग-अलग कानून है ।
बिना सबूत साध्वी प्रज्ञा 9 साल , स्वामी असीमानन्द को 8 साल, शंकराचार्य अमृतानंद जी को 8 साल जेल में रखा गया था । साध्वी प्रज्ञा को तो कैंसर तक बिमारी हो गई थी लेकिन इलाज के लिए जमानत नही मिल रही थी, आज भी धनंजय देसाई बिना सबूत सालो से जेल में है लेकिन जमानत नही मिल रही है इससे साफ सिद्ध होता है कि नेता-अभिनेता, अमीरों, पत्रकारों और हिन्दूनिष्ठ लोगो के लिए अलग-अलग कानून काम कर रहा है ।
संजय दत्त को सजा हुई , सलमान खान को सजा हुई लेकिन वे जमानत पर तुरंत छूट जाते है शशि कला, लालू यादव जैसे कई नेता सजा होने के बाद बाहर आसानी से आ जाते है, विजय माल्या जैसा को 3 घण्टे में जमानत मिल जाती है, पत्रकार तरुण तेजपाल के खिलाफ पूरे सबूत है फिर भी बाहर मजे से घूम रहा है लेकिन आज भी लाखों निर्दोष लोग जेल में बंद है क्यों की उनके पास पैसे नही है और हिन्दूनिष्ठ लोग तो कभी सोच भी नही सकते है कि न्यायालय उनको जमानत दे दे क्यों की जैसे ही न्यायालय किसी हिन्दूनिष्ठ को जमानत देने जाता है तो मीडिया छाती पीटने लगती है जिससे कारण जज पर दबाव जैसा बन जाता है और उनके खिलाफ ही निर्णय आता है ।
इन सभी बातों से सिद्ध होता है कि कानून की आड़ लेकर राष्ट्रीविरोधी ताकते काम कर रही है हिन्दूनिष्ठ को फंसाने में, पहले कोई झूठा मुकदमा बनाना फिर मीडिया के द्वारा जनता में उनकी छवि धूमिल करना, फिर जज पर प्रेशर डलवाकर उनको बाहर नही आने देना ऐसा षड्यंत्र चल रहा है जो समाज को सावधान होने की जरूरत है ।
राष्ट्रविरोधी ताकते चाहती है कि भारत को फिर से गुलाम बनना है तो भारतीय संस्कृति तोड़नी होगी इसके लिए जो भी जनता में जागरूकता लाता है हिन्दू संस्कृति की उसके खिलाफ षड्यंत्र करके हत्या कर दी जाती है या जेल भिजवाया जाता है जिससे आम जनता को आसानी से ब्रेनवॉश करके भारतीय संस्कृति तोड़कर राज कर सके ।
अभी भी हिन्दुस्तानी एक नही हुए और इन षडयंत्र के खिलाफ आवाज नही उठाई तो आने वाले समय मे भयंकर परिणाम भुगतने के लिए तैयार रहे ।
